Foundation
Who We Are
The C4 Institute is the public research division of Baird Research & Strategic Sciences (BRSS)—a distributed forensic architecture specializing in high-energy materials science, field pathology, and non-standard propulsion physics. The C4 Institute operates independently in public view, while BRSS handles classified and defense-grade applications of the same physics.
We are currently in our Foundation Building Phase, assembling a network of researchers, theorists, and practitioners who share our commitment to rigorous, falsifiable science at the edges of human knowledge.

Scientific Authority
Kevin T. Baird is the founder and principal investigator of Baird Research & Strategic Sciences, and the architect of the Conformal Conscious Cyclic Cosmology (C4) theoretical framework.
All research collaboration, technical inquiries, and strategic consultations are directed through the C4 Institute. On this site, his role is theorist and public researcher; defense commercialization is handled separately by BRSS.
