The C4 Institute is a research organization investigating interstellar object 3I/ATLAS and its implications for cosmological theory. This platform provides intelligence dashboards, predictive models, and access to restricted research materials ("Echo Files").

2. Service Description

The C4 Institute provides the following services through this platform:

  • Mission Dashboard: Real-time tracking of 3I/ATLAS trajectory and verification matrix
  • Strategic Forecast: Probabilistic models for Jupiter Decision scenarios
  • Crowd-Sourced Predictions: Anonymous voting system for scenario probability assessments
  • Echo Files (Premium): Restricted access to classified research, extended predictions, and interactive analysis tools

3. Echo Files Purchase & Access

Echo Files are available for a one-time purchase of $49.99 USD. Upon successful payment through Stripe, you receive:

  • Permanent access to all 53 predictions (18 verified, 35 pending)
  • Interactive Atlas Tracker with full telemetry data
  • Classified intelligence logs and mission dossiers
  • Complete theoretical framework documentation

Access is tied to your Manus OAuth account. You must be logged in to access purchased content.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for Echo Files access. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the free content available on the dashboard and understand the nature of the premium materials.
