Privacy Policy

Last Updated: December 30, 2025

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account through Manus OAuth, we collect your name, email address, and login method. This information is used to authenticate your access to Echo Files and track your purchase history.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. We retain transaction records including Stripe session IDs, purchase amounts, and payment status for accounting and access verification purposes.

Voting Data

When you submit scenario probability assessments through the crowd-sourced voting system, we store your session ID and probability values. Voting is anonymous—we do not link votes to user accounts. Session IDs are generated locally in your browser and used only to prevent duplicate voting.

HUMINT Submissions

If you submit bio-metric logs or experiential reports through the HUMINT system, we collect the information you voluntarily provide. These submissions are used for research purposes and may be displayed anonymously on the dashboard.

Analytics

We use privacy-focused analytics to track page views, unique visitors, and general usage patterns. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Authenticate access to Echo Files and premium content
  • Process payments and maintain transaction records
  • Calculate and display crowd-sourced consensus data
  • Analyze platform usage and improve user experience
  • Conduct research on bio-metric anomalies and resonance patterns
  • Send email notifications about prediction verifications (if subscribed)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Stripe (payment processing), Manus (hosting and authentication)
  • Aggregated Data: Crowd-sourced voting results are displayed publicly in aggregate form
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
  • Secure database storage with access controls
  • OAuth authentication through Manus platform
  • PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for:

  • Maintaining your login session
  • Storing voting session IDs to prevent duplicate votes
  • Remembering your preferences (e.g., theme settings)

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit platform functionality.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of email notifications
  • Withdraw consent for data processing

To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

7. Children's Privacy

The C4 Institute platform is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be stored and processed in servers located outside your country of residence. By using this platform, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations.

9. Changes to This Policy
